One night, Spaghetti and Meatball are coming out of The Filthy Pussycat Nightclub. They decide to take a shortcut down an alley when Meatball slips his foot on a prophylactic, slams into a fire escape, and looses a chunk of his head which goes flying into the darkness. (Meatball wails incoherently: "Where're muh shoes, Blanche? -I think the dog got 'em!") The noise alerts a hungry stray dog who gallops toward the pair. The boys narrowly escape by jumping into a dumpster. Meatball pleads with Spaghetti to help him find the missing chunk of his head. Spaghetti drops a soiled diaper over the dog's eyes, temporarily blinding the beast. The duo retrieve the chunk and ride on the back of a large rat into the sunrise. Meatball is made whole again! The happy Meatball can now sing opera-style, and the episode ends with Meatball singing, then belching, ("Did that come outta ME?") thus shattering the beautiful moment.
