SP&MB are on their way to Vegas when their convertible breaks down on a barren highway. It starts to rain and they notice the only dwelling nearby--an abandoned railroad-car diner. Since the top won't go up, they resign to staying in the diner for the night. SP&MB are about to go to sleep (Spaghetti sleeps with an eye-cover) on top of the spider-web filled counter when they hear a strange wobbling sound. (This sound occurs intermittently throughout the episode). "AIEEE!!!" screams Meatball, as he sees ghostly egg rolls floating above them.- ("Yoooo wwilll SSPOILLLL!!" they chant). Meatball leaves a bigger stain then usual as the pair run. They are then attacked by a blob-like, oozing milkshake and a nasty-smelling spoiled carton of milk who sheds his carton-skin and lumbers toward them. ("HHAMMINNA-HAMMINNA-HAMMINAAA..." Spaghetti cries). As they round a corner, the boys bump into zombie-like putrefied food items complete with rotting worms. Spaghetti howls in fright as his pasta parts stand straight up--lasting a very long time as Meatball starts to look at his watch ("C'mon, already!"). Another room finds them face-to-face with some pickled tongues preserved in jars that vibrate alien-like when approached. A snapping tuna fish sandwich is chasing them when SP&MB find the exit. The are stopped by a giant mound of Jello with worms wiggling inside (the wobbling sound) who poises to eat our heroes. Just when all seems lost, Meatball screams himself awake---it was just a nightmare. Spaghetti comes in and scolds Meatball for reading his "Tales from the Health Department" comic. "Lets's go, we're late for our vacation!" Spaghetti says as the two drive away in their convertible ....
